1.First,take your old school bag and remove any thing that makes it look bad,like threads or anything else.
Okay it may sound strange,but it's not!I meant you can add keyring with the the first letter of your name ,or you can sew it on the bag.Trust me,it'll look cute

2.In order to personalize it,you have to add yourself to it :D I mean in your style.So,for this you could add:
BADGES
Adding badges on your bag will show who you are,if you choose carefully what's on them.Plus,badges are super cute ^.^ Try add them in empty spaces of the bag,not over the bag drawing.It'll be super!
